About me
My daughter, myself and wife presently reside in the Netherlands with our two pets. During my leisure time, I like to read, travel, bake, and work on my novel. I also enjoy learning about all cultures and new languages. I'm hoping to expand my language skills beyond the six I speak now.
It's a pleasure to meet you. A brief overview of my background: I have four years of experience as an online instructor and hold a degree in both creative writing and English. In addition, I have sixteen years of classroom experience working with childcare centers, tutoring, and homeschooling families. I'm a big learner and think everyone should have pleasant learning and development tools. I like to support my students' learning by offering unconventional, thought-provoking classes that continue to pique their curiosity long after the class has ended. I also think that education ought to be enjoyable! Students in my classrooms learn via hands-on activities that immerse them in new situations and encourage movement. Answering and observing my students' questions is my favorite aspect of teaching.
